Captain Jean Dib Croissant As Executive Commander of the SS Bubble, Captain Croissant is responsible for the success of the mission as well as the conduct and wellbeing of his crew and thus spends most of his time in the Holodeck working on his Intergalactic Web Sites. Like his 20th century ancestor Dwane Dibbly, Jean Dib is a big fan of the music of Ross Ryan - especially the classic Glen Iris masterworks written and recorded in the mid 1990's. Doctor Councilor Quad
A Semellion entity occupied by
four squabbling, ill-informed, diametrically opposed beings with a
tendancy towards the bleeding obvious, Quad is a devotee to what was once
termed "New Age" medicine. Rejecting all modern techniques as well as the
technology available to her aboard the Bubble, the Councilor depends
entirely on her mood ring to deal with her own confusion and the holistic
needs of her fellow crew members.
As his second in command, Captain Jean Dib relies on Quad's gift of
literal situational analyis whenever crisis strikes. Ambition: To find a cure for Fibrephobia - the fear of thread. |

Ensign Splat As author of the revolutionary xDib operating system, and the only member of the crew who has any understanding of how the SS Bubble actually functions and the the only one capable of comprehending the logistics and computational complexity of their mission to return safely to Earth, Splat is treated like the insufferably precocious ten year old bratkid that he is. Ambition: To get the escape module working so that he can split from the two losers he's presently trapped in space with. |
