If you just want to listen to the track then left click and depending on your Internet speed, eventually you'll hear the song.

If you wish to save the file then right click and select Save Target As .. (at least that's what Explorer says) and save the mp3 to your hard drive.

For Mac folks, hold Control and then download, and it will save to where you want. (Thanks to Terry Gainey.)
